Job summary

Reliance Matrix is seeking a New Business Annuities Specialist to review and process incoming annuity applications. You will verify completeness of forms, ensure regulatory compliance, and serve as a liaison across departments and with customers.

You’ll apply premiums, issue contracts, and resolve issues from submission to issuance in a fast-paced environment. The role requires 2+ years of experience, relevant insurance education, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree required; 4-year degree preferred.
• Completion of Life insurance education such as LOMA or CLU coursework strongly preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong organizational, mathematical, oral and written communications skills.
• Demonstrated CRM and servicing skills, plus internal relationship management capabilities.
• Excellent telephone skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Review and process new annuity applications for completeness and compliance.
• Act as liaison between departments and with internal/external customers.
• Process applications and related paperwork; apply premium and issue contracts.
• Independently review cases and make judgments within policy and limits.
• Ensure follow-through to resolve issues from submission to issuance.
