Job summary

Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association of America (TIAA) is seeking an Annuitization Product Capability Owner to manage end-to-end services of the Annuitization platform and Lifetime Income offerings. You will combine capability ownership with data analysis to shape feasible, viable, and sustainable business solutions with a clear adoption strategy and roadmap.

Qualifications

3+ years of cross-functional, analytics-focused experience.
Proficient in SQL for data extraction and analysis.
Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platform.
Experience with Tableau for dashboards and reporting.
Strong PowerPoint storytelling for executive audiences.
Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with enterprise teams to deliver product solutions on the Annuitization platform.
Support roadmap development and align with enterprise strategy.
Partner on impact assessments for new initiatives and regulatory changes.
Prepare executive materials communicating priorities and progress.
Research stakeholder processes and VOC trends to inform strategy.
Perform data analysis using SQL, Snowflake, and Tableau.
Develop Tableau dashboards and reports for visibility.
Ensure product completeness with risk controls and adoption readiness.
Define Epics and capabilities; align roadmap with portfolio.
Act as SME on Annuitization capabilities and downstream impacts.
