Job summary

TIAA is seeking a senior data-driven product operations professional to collaborate across enterprise teams and drive the Annuitization platform roadmap. You will analyze data using SQL and Snowflake, create executive-ready materials, and develop Tableau dashboards for stakeholder visibility.

The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, ability to manage multiple streams, and experience in governance, risk, and compliance contexts within financial services.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business management, operations, or a related cross-functional role with analytical experience.
• Demonstrated ability to write and troubleshoot SQL queries to extract and analyze data from large datasets.
• Experience working with Snowflake or a comparable cloud-based data platform.
• Experience with Tableau or a comparable data visualization tool for dashboard development and reporting.
• PowerPoint and storytelling skills with a demonstrated ability to prepare clear, polished materials for executive audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a matrixed organization with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Enterprise-wide Business Owners and partner teams to deliver product solutions on the Annuitization platform.
• Supports roadmap development and delivery aligning with Enterprise strategy and priorities.
• Partners with Product Management and Regulatory teams on impact assessments and solution design for new initiatives and regulatory changes.
• Prepares executive materials to communicate platform priorities, progress, and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Performs data analysis to support product decisions and surface trends driving insights.
• Develops Tableau dashboards to provide ongoing visibility into key platforms and metrics.
