Nationwide Technology is seeking a Software Engineering Product Manager to own the Annuity Data Platform strategy, ensure modernization alignment, and deliver measurable business outcomes. You will oversee end-to-end platform health, governance, and workforce capacity while driving AI, analytics, and automation initiatives.

The role requires 8+ years in application management, strong SDLC knowledge, and proven leadership across multiple technologies.

Qualifications

Eight+ years in application suite management or equivalent.
Experience leading multiple tech teams across diverse platforms.
Strong understanding of SDLC and modern delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

Define and drive the strategic vision and roadmap for the Annuity Data Platform.
Lead design, engineering, and operations of scalable data-platform capabilities.
Collaborate with enterprise data, architecture, and business leaders on data strategy and governance.
Translate stakeholder needs into prioritized use cases and measurable outcomes.
Represent the voice of the customer in portfolio planning and budget discussions.
Manage associate performance, development, and resource allocation.
Ensure availability, resiliency, and cost-effective operations.
