Job Description
Essential Job Functions:
Follows procedures to process new business application transactions
Corresponds with agents, internal wholesalers and other departments regarding pending cases
Responsible for the accurate handling and timely execution of New Business Applications
Must Provide An Elite Customer Services Experience
Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer’s experience
Ensure transactions are processed on our administrative systems accurately and in a time frame considered suitable by SEC and DXC/BrightHouse guidelines
Report any potential fraudulent, money laundering, or unethical requests that have been reviewed
Mandatory Requirements
Performs other related duties as assigned or required
High school diploma
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in the insurance and annuities fields
Working experience of insurance products, applicable policies, procedures, and guidelines
Excellent Communication Skills
Excellent grammar and writing skills
Preferred Qualifications
Annuities experience is highly preferred
MS Excel Experience
Work Environment:
This position is fully remote within the United States only
Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm; Central Time Zone is preferred

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $31,800 - $52,000.
Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
