Job summary

Stifel, a leading wealth management firm, seeks an Annuity Solutions Specialist to support Financial Advisors and associates with annuity products. You will review products, coordinate vendor communications, and help design income/estate planning strategies within client plans.

You’ll back up order entry, handle inquiries via phone/email, and develop internal campaigns and materials for marketing annuity solutions across the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or business-related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year in the annuities/financial services industry.
• Licenses: Life and Health Insurance (state), LTC designation, Series 7/63/66 within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Support Financial Advisors and staff with annuity questions via phone and email.
• Assist in annuity reviews and case design; liaison between vendors and FA.
• Learn income and estate planning integration for annuities.
• Coordinate vendor content and update marketing materials on Portal.
• Communicate new products/changes to Advisors and staff.
• Perform due diligence on annuity vendors; create internal campaigns.
• Create content for social media and firm newsletters.
