Job summary

University Annual Giving & Stewardship (UAG&S) at UVA seeks a collaborative Project Associate to coordinate projects, administrative operations, and constituent service across the University.

Reporting to the Executive Director, the ideal candidate will translate strategic priorities into reliable systems, manage multiple projects, and adapt as needs evolve in a flexible hybrid workplace located in Charlottesville, VA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience required.
• Ability to manage projects independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects and initiatives that support annual giving and stewardship across the University.
• Monitor project progress, support operational processes, and provide constituent service.
• Help ensure successful execution of team priorities.
• Develop and track project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, decisions, and action items.
• Coordinate GiveCampus initiatives and support UVA Fund updates.
