The Rector & Visitors of the University of Virginia is seeking a detail-oriented Project Associate for University Annual Giving & Stewardship (UAG&S) to coordinate projects, manage timelines, and support donor relations. This role reports to the Executive Director and supports GiveCampus pilots, audits, and system updates in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Two or more years of relevant professional experience required.
• Proven ability to manage projects independently and collaboratively.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate projects and initiatives that support annual giving and stewardship across the University.
• Monitor project progress, support operational processes, and provide constituent service.
• Assist the Executive Director with scheduling, travel, and meetings, and support administrative responsibilities.
