MIT Sloan Office of External Relations in Cambridge, MA seeks an Assistant Director of Annual Giving to manage a portfolio of about 1,000 annual fund donors and prospects capable of contributing $2,500 to $100,000 to the MIT Sloan Annual Fund. Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 1,000 annual fund donors and prospects with capacity to contribute $2,500–$100,000 to the MIT Sloan Annual Fund.
• Complete 100–120 prospect meetings annually through in-person and virtual engagements.
• Conduct strategic outreach via video, phone, text, and email to secure philanthro­pic leadership-level commitments at key periods and throughout the year.
• Prepare timely contact reports, proposals, and donor-related materials, with consistent follow-up.
• Personally steward donors, expressing appreciation and collaborating with colleagues to strengthen retention and engagement.
