Job summary

The Harvard Radcliffe Institute seeks a Director of Annual Giving to lead its annual giving program. You will be responsible for developing multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive donor engagement and revenue.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, experience in fundraising, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments. This hybrid role is based in Cambridge, MA.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years progressively responsible experience in fundraising and administration.
• Experience in higher education or non-profit setting preferred.
• Proven track record in a dynamic fundraising environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategy for the Institute’s multi-channel direct marketing program.
• Conduct in-depth analyses of campaign effectiveness.
• Develop annual and five-year plans to engage target audiences.
