Job summary

Dillard University seeks an Annual Fund Officer to lead a comprehensive annual giving program, expanding donor participation and increasing unrestricted and leadership annual gifts. The role manages multi-channel campaigns and cultivates a portfolio of annual fund donors aligned with the university's mission as a historically Black university.

In collaboration with Institutional Advancement, you will build donor pipelines, oversee stewardship materials, and report on participation and revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• At least three years of experience in fundraising, marketing, nonprofit management, or related fields.
• Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience managing multi-channel annual fundraising campaigns.
• CRM experience, preferably Raiser's Edge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an annual giving plan across direct mail, email, digital outreach, and peer-to-peer.
