Job summary

Legal Action of Wisconsin, Inc. is hiring an Annual Giving Coordinator to oversee annual giving programs, donor communications, and stewardship. The role includes gift processing and coordinating two large fundraising events yearly, within the External Relations team.

The position collaborates with the Content Manager, volunteers, and vendors to build donor relationships and ensure accurate gift handling and timely acknowledgments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent organizational and project-management capabilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with donors and partners.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in donor records and data.
• Experience coordinating campaigns with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, and email platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage annual giving campaigns across direct mail, email, and digital channels.
• Coordinate donor communications, stewardship, and gift acknowledgments.
• Plan and oversee at least two major fundraising or engagement events annually.
• Maintain donor records, generate reports, and support revenue tracking.
• Collaborate with External Relations team and vendors to execute campaigns.
