Job summary

The Children's Institute of Pittsburgh is seeking an Annual Giving Manager to lead a comprehensive annual giving program that strengthens donor relationships and secures sustainable support.

In this on-site role, you will design multi-channel campaigns, manage donor communications, analyze fundraising data, and collaborate with program and IT teams to optimize donor engagement and growth of annual fund revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, communications, marketing, business, or related field.
• 3-5 years of fundraising, development, or nonprofit advancement experience.
• Experience managing annual fund campaigns or multi-channel fundraising initiatives preferred.
• Clearances Required: Act 73 FBI, Act 34 Criminal Clearance, and Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage a comprehensive annual giving program to generate sustainable philanthropic support.
• Develop multi-channel fundraising campaigns targeting individual donors and optimize donor journeys.
• Manage donor stewardship, retention strategies, and upgrade giving levels.
• Analyze donor data, track metrics, and report on campaign ROI to inform strategy.
• Collaborate with program and communications teams to gather stories and impact content.
