Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree and at least one year of fundraising, advancement, sales, marketing, or related experience.
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders to achieve goals.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Knowledge of donor stewardship and annual giving best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual giving initiatives that increase donor participation and philanthropic support.
• Lead planning and execution of university-wide annual giving campaigns (Govs Give, GOVing Tuesday, Faculty and Staff Giving, Student Giving).
• Manage campaigns and donor engagement activities, including project coordination and stewardship.
• Collaborate with academic units to identify giving priorities and fundraise opportunities aligned with institutional goals.
• Monitor performance metrics and recommend strategies to improve participation and fundraising results.
• Coordinate communications, stewardship initiatives, and campaign materials with Operations and Communications teams.
• Provide leadership and mentorship for student philanthropy initiatives and.G conduct special projects as needed.
