Work Hours: Full Time Days (8:00am-5:00pm) for 40 hrs/week (remote work allowed at manager's discretion)
This position requires working onsite one day per week.
The Annual Giving Coordinator supports the planning and execution of a comprehensive annual giving program, helping bring the Foundation's annual fund strategy to life. Reporting to the Director of Annual Fund, this role administers the day-to-day details that keep annual giving campaigns moving, from appeals and employee giving to grateful patient, and tribute giving.
Coordination is the heart of this role. The Annual Giving Coordinator manages the organization, schedule, and logistics associated with annual fund campaigns with the goal of acquiring new donors and creating donor loyalty. This position offers hands-on experience and the opportunity to grow within a fast-moving, Mission driven Foundation
Administers annual giving campaign workflows and independently manages project plans, schedules, deliverables, and communications to ensure successful execution of annual giving initiatives.
Collaborates with the Director of Annual Fund with the development and deployment of annual fund appeals and programs, including direct mail, digital appeals, and annual giving campaigns. This includes the grateful patient program and employee giving campaign.
Prepares reports to support annual fund campaign tracking and evaluation.
Coordinates employee giving and volunteer engagement activities, serving as the primary point of contact for planning, resources, and communications
Bachelor's Degree 2 Years Experience Req
2 Years Experience preferred in nonprofit fundraising, communications, sales, or a
translatable role. Pref
Demonstrated organizational, coordination, and relationship-management
skills preferred. Pref
Familiarity with a donor or CRM database is a plus.
Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines at once.
Attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication.
A collaborative, service-minded approach when working with donors, volunteers, and staff.
Comfort learning new technology and database tools.
Willingness to take initiative and problem solve.
Individual Contributor (may supervise up to 2 FTEs)
$100 - $400 Thousand
Needs to adhere to a budget and manage expenses to program budgets.
This role does not have direct oversight of the cost center.
