The role emphasizes multi-channel communications, stewardship activities, and events, with a focus on mid-level and emerging major donors while maintaining Tessitura-based fundraising operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of development/membership experience in a nonprofit.
• Experience with annual fund and donor engagement practices.
• Strong communication, planning, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort working with CRM systems and data to drive campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a comprehensive annual fund program with set revenue goals.
• Deliver regular annual fund communications across multiple channels.
