Job summary

Studio East Training for the Performing Arts in Kirkland, WA, seeks a Senior Development Manager to lead fundraising strategy and cultivate relationships with individual donors, corporate sponsors, foundations, and government funders to secure support for programming, outreach, and operations.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will join the leadership team and collaborate with the Artistic Director, Marketing & Communications Manager, and Finance & Front of House Manager to advance

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and Database/CRM software.
• At least two years in a not-for-profit fund development team showing increasing responsibility.
• Knowledge of successful annual fundraising practices and donor engagement strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising plan for Studio East.
• Lead donor database management, reporting, and fundraising analytics.
• Collaborate with Marketing to create compelling fundraising materials and campaigns.
• Coordinate with Development team and grant writers for funding opportunities, proposals, and reporting.
