Job summary

Palmer Land Conservancy in Colorado Springs is seeking a full-time Annual Fund Specialist to grow its donor base and deepen relationships with Land Lovers and Millennium Society. You will work with the Philanthropy and Community Engagement team to implement outreach, campaigns, events, sponsorship opportunities, communications, reporting, and stewardship systems.

• Proven track record of donor engagement, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.
• Ability to identify opportunities and solve problems to advance fundraising goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.
• Strong relationship-building with donors, sponsors, staff, and volunteers.
• Experience with annual campaigns, direct mail, email solicitations, events, or donor stewardship.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement annual fund solicitations, including direct mail, email, digital appeals, and other materials.
• Manage the planning and execution of annual fundraising campaigns.
• Develop strategies to increase engagement and recurring giving.
• Support sponsorship outreach, events, and donor acknowledgment.
• Collaborate with Communications and the Board to align stewardship.
