Job summary

One More Child is seeking a Philanthropy Specialist to cultivate and steward a large portfolio of Annual Fund donors. You will develop personalized relationship strategies, collaborate with Philanthropy Officers, and provide a mission-centered donor experience that deepens engagement.

You will monitor giving patterns, support retention, and identify opportunities to elevate donors to higher portfolio levels while maintaining exceptional donor service and accurate CRM documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional experience.
• 3+ years of fundraising, nonprofit, or related field experience.
• Strong ability to build and maintain professional donor relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in person, phone, and written formats.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated initiative, accountability, and adaptability.
• Commitment to Christian mission and ministry alignment.

Responsibilities

• Build and steward relationships with Annual Fund donors.
• Cultivate Annual Fund donors to increase engagement and giving.
• Manage a substantial portfolio of Annual Fund donors with tailored stewardship plans.
• Acknowledge donors and reinforce impact of their generosity.
• Document donor interactions accurately in CRM for coordinated support.
• Collaborate with Philanthropy Officers and Directors to identify opportunities for deeper engagement.
• Represent One More Child professionally in all donor interactions.
