Reliable Safety and Flow Corporation in Columbia, PA is seeking an Annealer to operate and monitor annealing furnaces, load/unload materials, and maintain equipment per safety protocols.

You will inspect furnace conditions, perform routine maintenance, and support production through shift reporting, tag printing, and ensuring product quality. A tow motor license and LOTO/conFINED SPACE training are required or obtainable.

Formación

• Must be able to push/pull/lift up to 75 lbs.
• Forklift experience required.
• Ability to operate safely in a foundry environment.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and operate annealing furnaces
• Monitor furnace conditions, temperatures, and pressure
• Product hardness testing
• Print in-process tags
• Inspect annealing pots and trays
• Report production before/after shifts to management
• Complete oven pushes
• Maintain furnace equipment
• Quarantine off-analysis material
• Blow out air burner tubes
• Maintain fire extinguishers

Compensation: $23.50 / hour

Description

As an Annealer at Reliable Safety & Flow Corporation, you will have the opportunity to operate and monitor annealing furnaces to ensure optimal performance and product quality. You will assist in loading and unloading materials into the furnaces while strictly adhering to safety protocols. Additionally, you will perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functionality.

How You Will Help

• Set up and operate annealing furnaces, ensuring adherence to specifications and safety protocols.
• Monitor furnace operations, check interior oven conditions, oven temperatures, and pressure readings on hourly schedules
• Product Hardness Testing
• Print In-Process Tags
• Inspect Annealing Pots and Trays
• Reporting production pre and post shift to management
• Complete Oven Pushes
• Maintain Furnace Equipment
• Quarantine any off-analysis material
• Blow out air burner tubes
• Maintain Fire Extinguishers

Additional responsibilities and duties may be assigned. Employee must be able to obtain a tow motor license and successfully pass LOTO and confined space training.

Compensation

• $22.81 per hour, with a $2.00 shift differential for 2nd and 3rd Shifts
• Standard shift Monday-Friday
• Some weekend hours mandated
