You will mentor staff, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and work with rehabilitation therapists to ensure comprehensive care for residents and their families.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Maryland.
• Experience supervising nursing staff in a skilled nursing/rehabilitation setting.
• Strong collaboration with medical director and nursing staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of nursing professionals in skilled nursing care.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with the medical director and nursing staff.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular resident care assessments and recommend improvements.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to team members.
