Job summary

Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with current RN license.
- Experience leading nursing teams in skilled nursing or rehabilitation settings.
- Familiarity with state and federal regulations and care planning processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead a nursing team to deliver skilled care to residents.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans with the medical director and nursing staff.
- Ensure compliance with state, federal regulations and company policies.
- Perform regular resident care assessments and identify improvement opportunities.
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and professional development for staff.
- Collaborate with rehabilitation therapists and medical providers for comprehensive care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and implement changes.
