Job summary

LifeFormations in the United States designs and builds animatronic figures and interactive experiences for parks, museums, and branded spaces worldwide. The Project Coordinator supports the Design Director and VP of Engineering in managing design projects with strong organization and clear documentation.

You’ll help drive workflow efficiency, maintain schedules and budgets, and communicate with clients and stakeholders to ensure on‑time, on‑scope deliverables.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-5 years of project coordination experience in a production company.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain schedules, budgets, and client expectations.
• Proficient with MS Office; familiarity with MS Project and Adobe Suite a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support design and engineering leadership in project oversight.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans and progress reports.
• Ensure deliverables meet scope, budget, and schedule.
• Coordinate cross‑departmental activities and client communications.
• Document decisions and capture meeting notes.
