Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Skilled with Adobe Acrobat for document review and editing.
• Detail-oriented multitasker with strong communication and adaptability.
• Experience coordinating with senior management and clients to ensure deliverables meet scope and budget.
• Coordinate with departments to align project schedule and budget.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop detailed project plans and document for client review and approval.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs.
• Measure progress and report to management.
• Manage client relationships and stakeholders.
• Conduct client meetings to capture requirements.
• Track performance against goals and milestones.
• Develop process diagrams and maps to document progress.
• Demonstrate leadership skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Project a plus.
• Experience with Adobe Suite a plus.
