Job summary

Insomniac Games is seeking an Animation Intern to join the animation team and help create engaging animations for characters, props, and cinematics. You will work with experienced animators to contribute to game production while learning industry techniques and tools.

The internship offers hands-on experience, guidance from senior team members, and exposure to collaborative game development workflows within a renowned studio.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer, Traditional, or Experimental Animation, or related fields like Art, Illustration, or Graphic Design with animation experience.
• Six to twelve months of related experience beneficial but not required for students.
• Creative, self-motivated, responsible approach to learning and completing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Create animations for in-game characters, props, and cinematics.
• Support the animation team with assigned tasks, including animation development and bug fixing.
• Learn and apply new animation techniques and tools to bring characters to life.
• Collaborate with animators and content creators to develop and refine animation work.
• Gain hands-on experience with animation workflows and game production.
