Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to learn animal control laws and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries and complaints about animal problems and violations.
• Investigate violations and issue warnings or citations as required.
• Capture, transport and care for animals at the shelter.
• Maintain records and prepare activity reports.
• Operate animal control equipment and a vehicle; participate in rabies clinics.
