• Responds to citizen grievances and calls; captures and impounds animals at-large.
• Investigates reports of animal cruelty, bites, and code violations.
• Documents animal control activity by preparing complaint reports, issuing citations, and testifying in court.
• Prepares and presents public education presentations relating to animal services.
• Assists in the administration of the animal licensing process.
• Provides education and support to the public in obtaining animal licenses.
• Transportation of animals to the appropriate facility.
