Qualifications

• ARRT certification and active state licensure required.
• BLS and ACLS within specified timeframes.
• PALS required for pediatric hospitals where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain licensure and certifications current.
• Provide procedural support as circulating scrub or monitoring tech.
• Operate IR equipment to produce quality images.
• Confirm patient ID, verify orders, and prepare patient.
• Follow radiation safety guidelines and QC programs.
• Document procedures and any adverse events.
• Educate patients and address concerns.
• Coordinate care with other providers after procedures.
• Achieve hemostasis by sheath management post-procedure.
