• Job Location: ALM-Hattiesburg Ms Corps - Hattiesburg, MS
• Position Type: Seasonal Full Time
• Salary Range: $11.00 - $11.00Hourly
• Schedule/Hours: This is a Seasonal full-time position with up to 36 approved hours weekly. Schedule is flexible Monday-Friday and may require working on some Saturdays and evenings.

This position is responsible for:

• Provides support for the seasonal Angel Tree program; lifts, carries, loads and unloads a variety of donations; serves as an attendant at Angel Tree sites; interacts with donors and responds to questions regarding the donation process; assists with the cleanup, lay out, and set up of the warehouse; assists with pick up from the malls or corporations. Performs data entry of recipient's information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to work effectively and cooperatively with co-workers.
• Knowledge of The Salvation Army Christmas Angel Tree Program.
• Ability to follow instructions with limited supervision.
• Ability to relate to the general public in a polite, friendly manner.
• Ability to abide by required dress code.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

• Ability to meet attendance requirements.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate the English language.
• Limited amount of physical effort required associated with walking, standing, lifting and carrying light objects (less than 25 lbs.) 5-10% of work time.
• Ability to perform continuous walking, stooping, standing, and some climbing.
• Ability to stand in one location for extended periods.
• Work requires working in a warehouse environment with exposure to fluctuating temperatures and discomforts associated with noise, dust, dirt, and the like.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU: Education AND/OR Experience:

• High School Diploma of G.E.D. preferred but not required.

Licenses and Certifications:

• Valid Driver's License
