Job summary

Air National Guard in the United States seeks a Real Estate Policy and Execution specialist to assist the Real Estate Chief with formulation, dissemination and oversight of ANG Real Estate Execution policy at assigned units. You will also interact with ANG Programming and Requirements Branches and conduct inspections to evaluate effectiveness of real estate management.

The role emphasizes accountability for real estate reports and records, with a focus on complex real estate problems and policy

Qualifications

Knowledge of real property principles, rules, regulations, and practices.
Understanding of space management and utilization practices and records.
Knowledge of out grant procedures and required documentation.
Knowledge of property disposal policies and procedures.
Ability to gather, evaluate, and interpret data to arrive at valid conclusions.
Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

Assist Real Estate Chief with formulation and dissemination of ANG Real Estate Execution policy.
Oversight of real estate execution policy at assigned ANG units within the US and territories.
Conduct Staff Assistance Visits/Inspections to evaluate effectiveness of real estate management objectives.
Ensure accountability, accuracy, and submission of real estate reports and records.
