Job summary

• Provide strategic leadership, administration, and oversight for the new Anesthesiology Residency Program.
• Develop curriculum, recruit faculty and residents, and guide ACGME accreditation.
• Maintain an active clinical anesthesiology practice while leading educational initiatives.
• Lead committees and ensure compliance with ABA and ACGME requirements.
