Job summary

Vituity is seeking an experienced Anesthesiology Medical Director in Grass Valley, CA. The role includes ensuring compliance with operational standards, managing site financial performance, and leading a dedicated team. As a key position, the selected candidate will oversee a 104-bed facility and contribute to the strategic objectives of the practice.

The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership background in healthcare, ideally with experience in a surgical setting. We offer an attractive compensation package based on experience, with potential earnings ranging from $275,000 to $900,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Licensed physician as a Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.).
• Five (5) years or more of experience in a leadership role.
• Maintain membership on Hospital’s medical staff.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and champion Vituity’s purpose and strategy.
• Monitor operational and quality metrics to improve performance.
• Execute efficient recruitment and onboarding for new providers.
