Lifestyle Position in Coastal Maryland

15 Minutes to the Beach - 1 Hour to DC

Schedule: M-F, No In-House Call

Join a 30-year-old regional private practice performing over 61,000 anesthetics annually. This position offers a Monday-Friday schedule with no in-house call and nominal backup call within a Care Team Model. The hospital is a newly acquired 80-bed facility located just 15 minutes from the beach, providing a full spectrum of cases except trauma, cardiothoracic, transplant, and ophthalmology. The facility handles healthy pediatrics and has an obstetrics program delivering 600 babies per year. Enjoy a collegial culture, shared vision, and mentorship opportunities, including precepting SRNAs if interested.

Highlights Include:

1. M-F schedule with no In-House Call
2. 1-9 Weekday & Weekend Backup Call Only
3. Rarely called in; 1-2 times per year
4. Schedule: 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM, latest out at 7 PM
5. Care Team Model: 1 anesthesiologist to 3-4 staff
6. Facilities include 6 ORs, 1 Cysto, 1 Endo Suite
7. Healthy Pediatrics Only
8. Neuraxial & Regional Blocks Required
9. No Airway Coverage Required
10. EMR System: SIS

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $475,000 per year
• Sign-On Bonus: $50,000 paid at signing
• Time Off: 7 weeks (6 PTO + 1 personal)
