OSF St Joseph Medical Center in Bloomington, IL seeks an anesthesiologist for a Level II trauma center collaboration with North American Partners in Anesthesia (NAPA). The role encompasses comprehensive anesthesia care across neuro, ortho, general, and other cases with involvement in pre-anesthesia evaluations and planning.

Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited institution.
- Completion of Anesthesiology Residency.
- Board Eligible or Board Certified.
- Current medical licensure.
- ECFMG/FLEX (if applicable)
Responsabilités
- Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures.
- Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent.
- Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients.
- Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia.
- Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed.
- Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership.
