Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited ACGME Anesthesiology residency and Regional Anesthesiology fellowship training program.
• Board certified or eligible with the ABA.
• Licensed or ability to obtain Minnesota licensure.
• Ability to obtain/maintain DEA certification in Minnesota.
• Meet credentialing and privileges thresholds.
• Ability to work in the United States, with visa requirements if applicable.
