Job summary

North American Partners in Anesthesia (Virginia), LLC, is seeking an Anesthesiologist for Riverside Shore Memorial Hospital in Onancock, VA. This role includes a 1-week-on/1-week-off schedule (26 weeks off per year) and potential leadership opportunities within a patient‑focused care team.

Base salary is $575K with up to $100K in incentives; a comprehensive benefits package includes health, life, vision, dental, disability, 401(k) and profit sharing, malpractice coverage, loan repayment

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Completion of Anesthesiology Residency.
• Current medical licensure.
• ECFMG/FLEX (if applicable).
• Board Eligible or Board Certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures.
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent.
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients.
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia.
• Monitoring of the patient’s physiological condition and perform interventions as needed.
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership.

Riverside Shore Memorial Hospital is a voluntary nonprofit short-term acute care hospital with 52 Medicare-certified beds. Part of the Riverside Health system, this facility provides a full array of services and care to all patients while honoring its deep community roots. Case Assignments & Schedule

Schedule: 1 week on, 1 week off schedule; 26 weeks off per year!

• Ophthalmology, G.I., orthopedics, urology, podiatry, general surgery, OB and occasional healthy peds.
