The role involves delivering comprehensive anesthesia care for ophthalmology, plastics, and general surgery, with responsibilities spanning pre-anesthesia evaluation and informed consent.

You must have an MD or DO, completed residency in Anesthesiology, board eligibility or certification, current medical licensure, and (if applicable) ECFMG/FLEX.

Qualifications

• Completed Anesthesiology Residency.
• Board eligible or board certified.
• Active medical licensure.
• ECFMG/FLEX certification if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures.
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent.
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients.
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia.
• Monitor the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed.
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership.

Position Requirements Description Compensation and sign-on Increase for our Anesthesiologist opening with Riverside Hampton Surgery Center, the vacation and convention destination, Hampton, VA.

The Riverside Hampton Surgery Center is a member of Riverside Health System and a department of Riverside Regional Medical Center. It offers area physicians the option of an ambulatory surgery location where surgeons perform a range of procedures in the areas of orthopedics; gynecology; ear, nose, and throat; ophthalmology; podiatry; and general surgery.

Total Rewards Salary: $380K Sign-on Incentive: $70K
