Job summary

The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VANTHCS) Dallas VA Medical Center seeks a highly qualified Anesthesiologist/Pain Management Physician to join the Anesthesia and Pain Management Service.

You will provide comprehensive perioperative anesthesia care, acute and chronic pain management, and interventional procedures across inpatient and outpatient settings. Qualifications include a medical degree, unrestricted license in the United States, and board eligibility or certification in

Qualifications

• US citizenship required; non-citizens possible only if VA policy permits.
• Doctor of medicine or equivalent from an approved school.
• Current full and unrestricted license to practice in the US.
• Residency in an ACGME/AOA accredited program and board eligibility/certification or acceptable equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive perioperative anesthesia care and pain management.
• Perform interventional pain procedures and related duties.
• Work across inpatient, outpatient, and procedural settings within the VA system.
