Odyssey Locums seeks locum anesthesiologists to start ASAP at a facility near Bloomington Heights, IL. Cardiac-capable providers are needed; MDs supervise CRNAs with a 1:4 ratio.

Shifts include 8, 10, and 24 hours with on-call nights and weekends. Board certification or fellowship is required; state licensure is welcome. Credentialing is expected within 90 days, with comprehensive malpractice tail coverage offered.

Responsibilities

• Provide locum coverage starting ASAP with 8h/10h/24h shifts.
• Coordinate with MDs and CRNAs; supervise as applicable per site policy.

• Weeknight - On Call (Pager): Yes.

• Case Type(s): General , Cardiac, Neuro, Ortho, OB.
• MUST be Cardiac Capable - no TEE/ fellowship required.
• Board Certification or Fellowship Required: Yes.
• Willing to Accept Candidates Needing to Obtain State License: Yes.
• Site Charting System: Epic
• Number of Anesthesia Rooms: 9.
• Are MDs supervising CRNAs: Yes.
• What is the MD to CRNA ratio: 1 to 4.
• Are MDs doing their own cases: No.
• No new gradautes.
• Must have at least 1yr experience to be considered.
• Credentialing: 90 days.
• Accelerated Privileges: Emergency & Temps available as needed.
• $2000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 hours.
