Jackson Physician Search is partnered with a nationally recognized health system in central Kansas seeking a BE/BC Anesthesiologist to lead a surgical service line and run your own OR room. You will join a small team with 1 other anesthesiologist and CRNAs, with a focus on low-stress general anesthesia and regional blocks.

The position offers a path toward Medical Director leadership, a generous benefits package, sign-on, and 7.5 weeks of time off annually, with PSLF and Kansas loan programs

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible Anesthesiologist.

Responsibilities

• Run your own OR room and lead the service line.
• Provide hands-on anesthesia care with minimal supervision.
• Participate in a 1:4 call schedule; after 10pm occasional in-hospital calls.
• Optional outpatient pain clinic up to 2 days per week; room for growth.
