Job summary

North American Partners in Anesthesia (NAPA) places an Anesthesiologist at Mon Health Medical Center to provide comprehensive anesthesia care for diverse surgical cases. The schedule includes 2 weeks on, 1 week off, with involvement in Endo, General, Orthopedics, Urology, OB, and more.

Requirements include an MD/DO from an accredited medical school, ECFMG and FLEX, completion of anesthesia residency, and current physician licensure.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree from an accredited college of medicine is required.
• ECFMG and FLEX certification is required.
• Completion of an approved residency in anesthesia.
• Currently licensed as a physician.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures.
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent.
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients.
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia.
• Monitor patient physiological condition and perform interventions as needed.
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership.
