Job summary

RRC Solutions Group in Rutland, Vermont, seeks a Board Certified or Board Eligible Anesthesiologist to join a collaborative anesthesia team serving as the exclusive provider of anesthesia services at a community hospital.

The position offers a day shift with 3–4 weekday call shifts per month, a supportive group of Anesthesiologists, CAAs, and CRNAs, and visa candidate openness. Join a collegial, team-oriented environment focused on patient safety.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Anesthesiology residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology.
• Eligible for or holding an active Vermont medical license.
• Eligible for hospital credentialing and privileges.
• Current ACLS certification (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care for surgical and procedural cases.
• Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop anesthesia plans.
• Administer general, regional, and MAC anesthesia.
• Monitor patients intraoperatively and manage hemodynamic stability.
• Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management.
• Collaborate with surgeons, nursing staff, CRNAs, and CAAs.
• Participate in shared weekday call schedule (3–4 shifts per month).
• Ensure timely, accurate documentation per hospital standards.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory, credentialing, and quality standards.
