Essenti Talent is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Anesthesiologist for a full-time position in Rutland, Vermont. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive anesthesia services for surgical and procedural cases, including general, regional, and MAC, while leading pre-anesthesia evaluations and individualized anesthesia plans.

Formación

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Anesthesiology residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology.
• Eligible for Vermont medical license or licensure.
• ACLS certification (or ability to obtain).

Responsabilidades

• Provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care for surgical and procedural cases.
• Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop appropriate anesthesia plans.
• Administer general, regional, and MAC anesthesia.
• Monitor intraoperative hemodynamics and stability.
• Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management.
• Collaborate with surgeons, nursing staff, CRNAs, and CAAs.
• Participate in shared weekday call schedule (3–4 shifts per month).
• Ensure timely, accurate documentation per hospital standards.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and credentialing requirements.
