North American Partners in Anesthesia is seeking an anesthesiologist for HSHS St. Anthony's Memorial Hospital in Effingham, IL. The position features a 26-week on/26 weeks off schedule with beeper call from home and a full-time W2 salary arrangement.

Responsibilities include pre-anesthesia evaluations, developing anesthetic plans, and managing induction, maintenance, and emergence across heavy ortho, general, and urology cases. MD or DO required; board-eligible or board-certified.

Qualifications

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures.
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent.
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients.
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia.
• Monitor the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed.
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership.
