North American Partners in Anesthesia (NAPA) seeks an Anesthesiologist for HSHS St. Anthony's Memorial Hospital in Effingham, IL. The role involves comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures and leading perioperative services.

The candidate must have MD or DO from an accredited institution, completed residency, be board eligible or certified, and hold current licensure with ECFMG/FLEX if applicable.

Qualifications

• Current medical licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures.
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent.
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients.
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia.
• Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed.
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership.
