Summary

MOFFITT CANCER CENTER FACULTY POSITION: ANESTHESIOLOGIST

Moffitt Cancer Center’s Department of Anesthesiology is expanding its faculty to meet sustained substantial institutional growth and invites applications for a full time Anesthesiologist faculty position.

Moffitt is Florida’s only NCI-designated Comprehensive Cancer Center. We are a hybrid academic practice affiliated with the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine with university appointments available.

Anesthesiologist (100% OR)

Responsibilities include:

• Case mix includes GI/GU/GYN/Neuro/ Thoracic/Plastics/ Breast/ENT/Ortho.
• NO cardiac, peds, OB, trauma
• Call 1-2x/month
• Weekend call 3-4x/year (from home)

Qualifications:

• MD/DO
• Board eligible or Board certified
• Experience in the practice of Anesthesiology and all aspects of perioperative patient management is required. The candidates should have interest in patient care and teaching.
