Job summary

Shriners Children’s Hospital seeks an Anesthesia Technician to support the setup and maintenance of anesthesia machines, monitors, and related equipment. The role includes assisting the anesthesiologist, helping with room turnover, and ensuring carts and cabinets are stocked and clean.

Required qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED and at least one year of related work experience; certification is highly preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain the OR anesthesia carts and machines.
• Assist with room turnover.
• Maintain, stock and clean anesthesia OR cabinets and workroom.
• Stock medication drawer, check for outdated drugs.
• Stock equipment drawers.
• Dispose/replace trash bags on carts.
• Order supplies.
• Take specimens to lab.

Education
