Job summary

BayCare Health System in Tampa is seeking an Anesthesia Technician I to support the anesthesia team in a fast-paced hospital setting. You will work under the Manager and RN, providing technical assistance across the department at BayCare’s Anesthesiology-SJH facility.

The role requires a High School diploma and BLS certification, plus 6 months of Acute Care or OR experience. Schedule is 6:00AM–2:30PM, with occasional weekend work and on-call duties, located at St Josephs facilities.

Qualifications

• 6 months – Acute Care or OR experience

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to the nursing and anesthesia team.
• Support the anesthesia department under RN supervision.

Education

BLS (Basic Life Support)

Anesthesia Technician Responsibilities:

Work under the coordination of the Manager and the RN to provide technical and assistance to the nursing and anesthesia team in all areas department.

Certification:

• Required – BLS (Basic Life Support)

Education:

• Required – High School or Equivalent
