Job summary

Fives DyAG Corp. seeks an Anesthesia Tech for a 13‑week assignment at 601 Elmwood Ave, Rochester, NY. The role runs 40 hours weekly on a day shift, with 6:00 AM–2:30 PM scheduling and on-site support.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of anesthesia tech experience and a current BLS certification. Prior work on anesthesia equipment and complex cases is preferred.

Title: Anesthesia Tech
Duration: 13 weeks
Location: 601 Elmwood Ave, Rochester, NY 14642
Start Date: 10/18/2026
Schedule: Day Shift 5*8s 40hours/week

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM

Experience: 2+ years Anesthesia Tech experience

Certification: BLS

Preferred Education: 4-year degree with related technical training, or 2-year college education with related technical training + 2 years experience, or equivalent combination

Preferred Certification: Certification through the American Society of Anesthesia Technologists or another nationally recognized certifying body

Clinical Support: Assist with anesthesia equipment, monitors, medications/supplies, difficult intubations & central line placement

Equipment: Operate/troubleshoot anesthesia machines, infusion pumps, nerve stimulators, defibrillators, transport monitors & fiberoptic bronchoscopes

Cases: Cardiac, liver transplant, vascular, thoracic, trauma & other advanced surgical procedures

Cell Saver: Operate cell-saver machine and track lab reports

Responsibilities: OR room setup, equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, specialized equipment support, staff training and backup shift-supervisor duties

Additional: Support anesthesia for out-of-OR procedures and ensure specialized equipment availability across hospital units
