Job summary

TalentBurst is seeking a Registered Nurse specialized in Endoscopy for an 8-week assignment in Rochester, NY. Start date 10/12/2026, on-site, day shift 4x10s (8:00–18:30). Travel-friendly role with ACLS/BLS requirements and 1 year of endoscopy experience including phlebotomy and IV placement.

Procedures include EUS, ERCP, navigational bronchoscopy, and related tech; pre-an/PACU duties may be required. Competitive pay includes weekly stipends and base pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in endoscopy.
• ACLS & BLS required; CGRN preferred.
• Phlebotomy and IV placement competency mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Perform endoscopy procedures including EUS and ERCP.
• Assist in Pre/Post anesthesia care as needed.
• Maintain patient safety and sterile technique during procedures.

• Contract: 8 weeks
• Shift: 10 hrs | 8:00a-6:30p
• Schedule: Varying day off based on department needs; same day off and Mon/Fri off not guaranteed
• Call: Weeknights, weekends & holidays | approx. 4-6 shifts/month
• Experience: Minimum 1 year
• First-Time Travelers: Accepted
• Local Rule: No locals; must live >75 miles
• Float: Required to Pre-An/PACU as needed
• Certifications: ACLS & BLS required | CGRN preferred
• Required Skills: Phlebotomy & IV placement competency mandatory
• Patient Population: Procedural cases including pancreatic, lung, colon & gastric cancer, polyps, Barrett's esophagus, CBD stones/strictures/cancer
• Procedures: EUS, ERCP, navigational bronchoscopy, EBUS, manometry & Fibroscan
• Equipment: ERBE, Olympus scopes/processors, Super-D, Bravo, VCE & Manometry
• Scrubs: Navy / White
